BillieRose is both Director of the Studios

and the main piano teacher. 

 

She has been playing since she was just 5 years old and is fully AMEB qualified in both Classical Piano and Theory of Music.

 

She has done alternative studies in The Alexander technique to address tension in the body.

 

 Actor training to develop confidence and storytelling in music. 

 

Unique expression and performance techniques that have been serving her students for years.

 

Has attended various conferences and workshops.

 

And last but not least, has written original compositions and produced, performed in, and directed her own music clips. 

 

She has been teaching since the year 2000 and loves that she can help others realize what a magical journey learning music can be.

 

 She loves to  see students grow as humans, and learn ways to express their inner feelings in ways they never thought imaginable in a safe and nurturing environment. 

BillieRose specializes in classical and modern styles of nearly every kind and has developed her own way of teaching technique that is easy to remember and follow, and natural to the human body. 

 

She has also devised  lots of ways to simplify the music which takes out a lot of the “work”.

BillieRose has developed certain techniques that are both fun and honor the students essence when writing their own music.  She acts as a guide and helps the student find their "way in".

BillieRose Cachia

Michael is our Piano and Singing Teacher.

 

He is currently studying his Bachelor of Music – Classical Voice.

 

His background consists of many musical styles ranging from to Contemporary, Musical Theatre and Classical.

 

 Michael has completed his ANZCA Piano examinations up to grade 8 and has acheived a top score in VCE Music Performance for Classical Voice in 2014.

 

He has had an extensive performing background. Starting with the GSODA Junior players with two major roles, the lead role in Kardinia International College’s production of ‘Fiddler on the Roof’ in 2014.

 

2016 found Michael played a major role in GSOV’s ‘The Gondoliers’ and took part in the Melbourne Opera chorus for their large production of the German Opera, ‘Tannhauser’.
